Anti-bribery and anti-sexual harassment education are legal requirements for Malaysian companies. This isn't optional training — it's what the law expects of you.
Why we exist

Compliance shouldn't need a legal team.

Most Malaysian SMEs don't have a lawyer, a large HR department, or a compliance officer — but the law doesn't care. Anti-bribery and anti-sexual-harassment training is still required, and the risk still falls on the company and its directors.

AidaComply keeps it simple: no jargon, no consultants, no bloated platform. Just real workplace scenarios your employees actually understand — logged automatically, so you're covered when anyone asks.

Live in 20 minutes

No implementation project. Pick your plan, assign the courses, and staff start the same day.

No employee login needed

Staff get a link straight to their inbox and complete it there — nothing to install, nothing to remember.

Audit and tender ready

Records are timestamped and exportable — ready whenever an audit, tender, or client due-diligence request needs proof.

What's actually at stake

The law, in plain numbers.

Employers and directors are responsible for making sure employees understand these risks — training is a legal expectation, not just good practice. Fail to prepare your people, or fail to respond properly when something goes wrong, and the company — and its directors — can be held liable:

ANTI-BRIBERY & CORRUPTION
If employees aren't prepared
RM1,000,000+
or 10× the bribe value — whichever is higher
Plus up to 20 years' imprisonment, for corporate bribery offences
MACC Act 2009, Section 17A — corporate liability, extends to directors
ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT
If a complaint is mishandled
RM50,000
minimum fine, per offence
For failing to investigate a workplace harassment complaint, or to provide written reasons
Employment Act 1955 (as amended)

Questions

Before you start.

Is this actually a legal requirement, or just good practice?+

Anti-bribery education ties directly to MACC Section 17A, which makes companies liable for bribery committed by employees unless they can show "adequate procedures" — training is part of that defence. Anti-sexual harassment training and reporting duties are similarly grounded in the Employment Act. These aren't optional extras.

Do employees need to log in or install anything?+

No. Each person gets an email with a direct link, completes the module in their browser, and it's marked done on your dashboard — no account, no app, no password.

Can directors be included, not just staff?+

Yes — this matters especially for anti-bribery training, where directors carry personal exposure under Malaysian law. Directors can be assigned the same courses as staff today, with a condensed Directors' Briefing on the way.

Can this help with audits or tender requirements?+

Yes. Many audits, client due-diligence checks, and government tenders ask for proof that staff have received compliance training. Every completion is timestamped and exportable, so you can produce records on request.

Is the content only in English?+

No — every course is available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, so staff can complete training in whichever language they're more comfortable with.
